Pop ups not allowed

Hey there,
I just upgraded to internet explorer 7 and later needed to downgrade to internet explorer 6 because of some problems. Everything was ok but now pop ups are not being allowed. Can anyone tell me how can I get pop ups working on my computer?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

well it's very easy
open the ie7 then click on tools>pop up blocker>turn off
or uninstall it and reinstall the ie6 if you want you choose
