Cstar could not start

Somebody help me ,
my pc is amd2 64*2 xp service pack 3
After install chinese star 2006 completed.after reboot..when i open,
It appear a big square logo then i can see the word loading below is still running.But suddenly jammed on the page of that logo.
after that appear again that window message & need to close.
i cleared the physical address already,and try install chinese star 2006,2004,xp...also like that!
y????

help!

i just buy a new pc then install xp sp3 following to cstar!
how can i system restore to check what happen?
i will lost many thing if i make system restore!
any other idea?

Windows XP SP3 not support Cstar. I try with so many pc already. Try use other chinese input such as google pinyin..

I don't think so.Because earlier i suspect is the cstar disc problem and bring to the shop to advise change a new 1.
then the seller try his pc to me with window sp3,is ok ! everthing run ok.
y my pc cannot?

I am having the same problem after installing Windows XP SP3, CStar 2006 cannot work. Everything was well before the upgrade to SP3

Chinese Star is compatible with Windows XP Service Pack 3 UNLESS u install Windows Updates(High Priority)
