Hello,
My manager has a problem running Outlook 2007. This is the problem, copied from her email to me:
"Specifically, I go to open Outlook, and it takes a looo-o-o-ng time to open. When it finally does, it downloads the e-mails that have come in since I last closed the program, but I can't click on any of the e-mails and get the message to come up. Sometimes I'm able to right click on one of the messages and read it that way, but after I answer the e-mail my Outlook freezes and I can't even shut it down properly.
When I shut the computer down and restart it, it doesn't usually help.
However, sometimes it just seems to magically fix itself, and everything's fine for a while .... until it's not."
She only has one email profile and we're working with Vista. I'll really appreciate some help as this is slowing down office productivity! Thanks!
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
I have had the same problem.
