First format the hdd, then create 2 partitions in the hdd - drive c: and d:, install vista on c and then install xp on d. this will definitely occupy a large amount of disk space.

To enter BIO mode, after you power up the PC/computer/laptop/Notebook, press "F2" repeatly

after you enter the BIO mode, use the arrow keys to choose the menu and find SATA / ATA

i ask to {Once within the BIOS I went to "Onboard Devices", then down to the subcategory "Flash Cache Module" and turned this off.} Do u think I need to turn it off or just change the SATA to ATA directly?

This worked!!! Thank you so much, you saved me hours of work. Add those SATA drivers to your XP installation CD.
