Should i extract files ?

Hello,
Ive just downloaded a new bios for my computer and now what must I do with the rar file? Did I burn it right as it is on a cd or must I extract all the files and then burn it?

Hi,
You must first extract the file and then burn it on the cd and also to set the boot sequence to your cd or dvd rom and then start the bios update process
