Dell fax - printer problems

Hello,
I have a dell fax - printer hooked up and I can print, copy and send faxes, but cannot receive incoming faxes. I can hear it ringing, but not receiving any incoming faxes. I have also checked and there are no incoming faxes in query. Any suggestions?

Hello, I have a dell 948 all in one fax printer, I can print, copy and send faxes, but cannot receive incoming faxes. I can hear it ringing, but not receiving any incoming faxes. Help!

I have a Dell Photo AIO Printer 966. My system says I am receiving a fax, it says it's receiving the message , tells the page number being received and says the transmission is complete. The FAX fails to print. I try to shut down the printer and it says there are fax messages in memory. How do I retrieve these messages from memory?

Did you ever find out how to retrieve the faxes from memory? I am having the same problem, and dell is not helping.
