Hello,

I tried both windows and ubunto both os are display the drive and it does't allow to format
in windows it can't change the file system

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 2.0.0.14

hey there,

if you cant format the pen then it may be damaged and so if its still new i would recommend you to bring back the pen where you bought it and have it exchanged there.
