Open .pas file from 2000

Hello,
i cannot open a file with the .pas extentsion and i need to get in this file asap. i am operating out of windows xp and this file is dated back to 2000 and i think it was a mac program.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

To open a *.PAS file tou will need an AGFA Software called IPLayout. This software generates printable documents and templates to be used on Photo Minilab Equipment, mainly, AGFA D-Lab-1, D-Lab-2, and D-Lab-3 series.
