I'm having trouble installing an I Pod Touch on my laptop PC. Apple suggest that my drivers are out of date but they can't help me beyond that. I've got a Toshiba Tecra A2 laptop, XP pro, service pack 2. Apparently it should support the Ipod Touch, but there's no communication between them when I plug it in. Thanks if you can help!

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
