Problem installing I Pod Touch on my PC
Last answer on Sep 30, 2008 12:28:01 pm BST angel-face, on Sep 30, 2008 11:10:15 am BSTI'm having trouble installing an I Pod Touch on my laptop PC. Apple suggest that my drivers are out of date but they can't help me beyond that. I've got a Toshiba Tecra A2 laptop, XP pro, service pack 2. Apparently it should support the Ipod Touch, but there's no communication between them when I plug it in. Thanks if you can help!
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
