JAVA PROBLEM

Hello,
I have installed the latest java adobe flash player and all that. and i have javascript turned on and everything .. but websites that need it such as youtube wont let me because they say i need the latest adobe flashplayer which when i dowload i get the 'completion video' so i presume it has downloaded yet it still doesnt work ... can anyone help me please!!

I don't know realy i downloud java but still don't work at all
there is same error i can't fix it i need ur halp
