While booting red light appeare, sound coming

Hello,
I am using hp x8600 desktop. XP operating system I am using

In the morning I started my system it is giving sound and red light is appearing in the front panel.

Some times my system automatically restrting and blank screen appearing.

please give me any solution.

Configuration: Windows XP
SeaMonkey 1.1.2
