Downloading Adobe 9

Hello, I have dial up this morning I started downloading Adobe 9 it took about two and a half hours then is said do you want to install I said yes, after all that right at the end it told me I had some programs open and to close them, all I had was the Interned so I exited and it made me mad took about three hours in all. What do you think stopped it maybe Norton Security?
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hey there,

yes maybe some programs are blocking access to it and just try to disable norton and also your firewall but its not too recommended that you do that
