Update not installing under sp3

Hello,
I'd like to install update 885222, its prerequiste sp2 and I have sp3. Is there a way to fix this?

Installed SP3 Hello, I installed SP3 earlier today. Ran it for awhile just got home computer was all in a frizzy. I opened outlook to get e-mails. It stops responding. I try again no luck.
