Not sure if it is a virus ?

Hey there,
I think that I have a virus on my computer but im not sure. Everytime I open internet explorer I got a message from mcafee telling me that I have a generic pup x. I tried doing a full scan of my machine but still problem persists anyone can help me please?

Configuration: Windows Vista
Firefox 3.0.1

Hello,
Just try to search for a software called Malwarebytes and then just install it on your computer and doing a full scan it should help you.

I had the same problem and Mcfee could not delete - I ended delted this manually and found it had something to do with Fun Web Products
