Hi thank you for reading this message because that basically what my computer is saying, that's why im here to ask a few questions. Unfortuantly, My computer says when i want to play music on thia computer it responds a notice,'saying, that my sound device may be not working properly and its not able to play sounds. I have 2 questions: Should i ask a computer company to dicuss this over the phone or should i try to find out the problem that occured and try to fix it?

You have no sound drivers installed

What machine do you have? Manufacturer and Model will do
What "Sound" are you trying to install?

can't help without knowing what sound card you have, well I can but sounds like a link to DriverPacks may not be enough for you to sort your problem so post more info and I will do a easy how to for you.

Helo guys,

U can re-install ur sound card with the CD of ur MB.

If u did lost it u have to download the driver from the Support Web site of the maker of ur PC. Or of ur MB if ur PC is a no-brand one.

For more help plz tell the brand and the model of ur PC (or of ur mB).
