Pc wont start

Hey guys Ive just moved my system into a new casing. Once i connected everything, I turned the pc on but I dont get anything on screen. Power is on but things like my usb devices dont even power on and i dont get anything on screen. Can someone help me?

Configuration: Windows XP

Please check your Graphic Card and RAM, sometimes its not properly/ fitted installed. Sometimes, your hardware connection with motherboard not right. Read manual.
