Configure Lan and Wan at 1 PC

Hi ,

i need assist on network. Where i have 4 pc and 1 hub. Among the 4 PC, 1 pc called central monitoring system (central pc) and other 3 pc as communicator with central pc.
Main pc ip add we set as: 200.1.2.50
the other 3 pc we set ip add as: Pc1: 200.1.2.51, Pc2: 200.1.2.51 Pc3: 200.1.2.53, and these 3pc connected to Hub. The central Pc connect at Hub also. I need help, how the central pc can connect to wan or internet.

We have 15 pc in a office. on a pc we connected with a wi-fi and lan network. wi -fi is a internet connection. and other pc only connected with a lan network . we can use a internet connection with a lan on other pc. where we do it ?
