Error loading hmcencx.dll

Hello,

when i start my pc i get a message :Error loading c:Users\user\AppData\Roaming\hmcencx.dll

The specified module could not be found.

Configuration: Windows VISTA

Go to START - RUN , type regedit, search for hmcencx.dll , delete it when it is found , restart computer , message should not appear
