Transferring data between tabs in excel

Hello,

I need to transfer data between sheet tabs to only take certain information to the second tab is there a formula or a procedure that I need to follow to be able to do this??

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi James,

Can you give a sample of your data and which information you would like to copy to sheet 2 (second tab)?
