I have actually a Microsoft office 2007 on my machine and whenever I send a document by email to a friend he cannot read the mail it says that unsupported format.
I have tried almost everything but still cant find something. Even change my email address but still nothing.
Anyone can give me a clue?

I have a similar problem, in that some recipients can open attachments like .wav files, and others cannot. I send or forward emails via Outlook. I have checked restricitions, firewalls, network filters, etc., but cannot find a reason for this glitch . In addition, the people that cannot open attachments from me, CAN open them from other senders.
