I have the same problem, I know i can download driver from the dell website but i do not know which driver to download for the network controller if anybody's could pleas einform me it will be greatly appriciated

To find the model - right click my computer go to "manage"
then click "device manager".

click on computer and copy what it says in the dropdown list.
for a more detailed answer,
go to start>all prog>accessories>system tools>system information. and you want the system manufacturor and product name if possible.
this will help looking for the driver easier.
