Hey there,

well since you have windows xp installed on your computer it should be able to take in charge of the driver all you have to do is to click on the search driver over the internet also. normally windows xo has the driver for this hardware and what i would also advice you is to put the windows cd in the tray and then make it search for the driver automatically if it cant find it neither on the internet.

I have a mbt 503-03 bluetooth device also that shows up as an unknown device....and i cant seem to find any information or drivers for it.

I have a hp laptop with xp pro sp2

Not yet, ive been looking, im a computer networking major, so i would like to think that i know enough about computers to install a bluetooth dongle. Ive tried everything i can think of except to manually edit the registry
