well since you have windows xp installed on your computer it should be able to take in charge of the driver all you have to do is to click on the search driver over the internet also. normally windows xo has the driver for this hardware and what i would also advice you is to put the windows cd in the tray and then make it search for the driver automatically if it cant find it neither on the internet.
