Acer Aspire 5630 Recovery Partition

Hello,

I've an Acer Aspire 5630 with (Windows XP) and few months back I installed Windows 7 as the second Operating System. After that Acer recovery progarm key (Alt+F10) was not functioning. Last week I format "C:" drive and removed Windows XP. But the hidden partition containing recovery programs is still there. However, Alt+F10 is not functioning. Please help me in loading the recovery program to load Factory default programs.

hi there,

since you installed other os on the drive

the recovery partition will not load

to reset it to default settings

you need to boot from recovery disc

and reset it to factory default
