Can not hear other people voice while chating

Hello,

Hi..
While using skype, yahoo or other chat messenger, I am able to hear other people voice but they can not hear my voice.

Pls help me.

Hello mitesh,

are you sure that you microphone is working properly?

if yes then there must maybe some problems with your microphone port in your pc..

but try this though :

in the volume control menu ensure that the microphone is not set to mute

If your mic. is not working you should be able to change a speech setting which says Sigmetal voice or Hp prem something like that and change change it to HP prem or watever
