Help with boot

Hello, this is weird my computer never usually does this, it will startup, come onto the "start windows normally" screen. show all the tests yadayada, then it gets to the widows startup screen (not log in) and then it just restarts and does the whole thing over again I could use some help!

Configuration: Microsoft Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.1

hey there,

well i think that you windows is corrupted and so there is no other alternative other than to repair the windows and you can do that either by deleting the existing installation using the windows cd itself or by using the recovery console.

but if you havent format your computer for a long time i would advice you to make full format of your computer and then a clean installation of windows
