I dont think there is any emulator for ps3 ready yet but for the ps2 and the first one you can have

Dota, there is no way to play PS3 games on your PC. Current hardware is not capable of running an operating system and emulating a PS3 at the same time. Just the same as there is no current way to play Xbox 360 games, you can not play PS3 games on the computer.

Hmmmm I don't know about how to run PS3 games on your PC but I play PSOne games in my PC. ePSXE is the best emulator which runs PSOne games in PC. You can download its latest version from here: http://softwaredowntown.blogspot.com/...
and here you can also get fully guide of ePSXE.
