Windows falure to upload BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH

Hello,
ok my laptop is on the frits i keep getting the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH ive followed instrutions ive gottin it fixed before but its expensive and i had it wiped at school ADV com. apps teacher and it worked fine till my charger kept kickin on and off now windows wont load and i dont have the money for the diskwatt can i do
