Pc low of memory

Hello,
my pc is constantly telling me that im low in memory although I have 2giga ram installed on it.

Any solution of what should I do ?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hey, do this-
my computer property-advance-1st setting-choose second option on upper side- system cache-increase it cache memory
