How do u download a Youtube Video?

Hello,
I am looking for a software to download youtube videos in
my pc and convert them to mp3 to listen them in my ipod too, can
you help me pls?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi There

my friend uses Clipfisher to download You Tube video it quite inexpensive, but im not sure that it converts it to the file format you want.

You can try Videoraptor, it's a soft for downloading videos from web sites including youtube and it also converts the downloaded files into the formats you need, so that you can play them on ipod, mp3 players, cellphone etc. It's quite nice this soft and easy to use. :D
