Why cant i get online for Guitar hero 3 on PC

Sup, my name is deacon and i am trying to make an account for guitar hero 3 online but i get everything on the create account except i dunno wat they mean by "Licence" cause i dunno were the liceence is i dont even kno wat to type down so can someone plz tell me wat to type in under "Licence"

I've GH3 on PC. Each time i enter the license (cd key) it says "invalid account data".

What's the problem there?
