Linksys Gs v7.2

Hello,
I have a Linksys 54gs v7.2 and a Toshiba Satellite laptop and HP desktop.....I can connect the the internet with the laptop and the desktop....but I cannot connect my PS3 online. I spent over 6 hours on the phone with Linksys and Sony....nothing has worked....Anybody have any pearls of wisdom?

Is sony itself cant do something for you means that there is something wrong with your connection itself and what i would advice you is to check the ethernet cable itself is it correctly done?

try another ethernet cable on the ps3 and see what it does?
