Drivers for usb mass storage

I have purchased kingston usb pen drive(4GB) but my system cannot finde drivers for it.
I am using win xp.Pls give help me

I MEAN IT COULD NOT BE INSTALLED AND OPEN FOR LACK OF A DRIVER SOFTWARE TO INSTALL AND OPEN.

Hi,
I have a Freecom HD-2 Pro 80Gb mass storage but since a few days my computer don't recognize it ... tried a lot even windows re-installation
quiet desperate as a lot of important info on this disk and urgently needed
Anyone has idea? ... on freecom there is driver but for Windows98

May be your computer not detect it.
or the usb might have been damaged.

i have sony 4 gb pen drive......
my pc is not detecting it.....
when I insert and click to open...it say insert removable disk......and total spaces shown is 0 mb
please help me..
