Windows XP pro clock time

Hi guys, My clock time is every morning. Varies irrespective of the time it was turned off. Today was off one hour +.
Yesterday was several hours, etc. This was set using few methods but still unsolved. Please advise with a proven method/s. Thanx y'll.Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

hello,

on the motherboard you will find a battery on it and what you can do is to change the battery it could have been the cause of the date and time being unset. but if you are not sure of how to do it i would advice you to have recourse to an it technician..
