Anything i do will be interfered by it, even typing this. I tried many solutions, but none work. WOULD SOMEONE HELP ME GET RID OF IT? I CANT DO ANYTHING PROPERLY!

This is to everybody who has experienced this. I had it too, and the only way I got rid of it was to restore my system to an earlier date. I have xp and I know not all computers have the option but if you have xp you should go to start menu, all programs, accessories, tools, click restore my computer to an earler time. Then a calendar pops up and lets you select a date. Select from the bold dates a time earlier than when this crazy thing showed up. restart your computer and boom it's gone. I hope this works as well for you as it did for me.

I suggest downloading a program called Malwarebytes (www.malwarebytes.org). It has served me well in getting rid of all kinds of viruses and spyware/malware. We use it on all our customers PCs as well.

Hey Vee1,
I also got this crappy SPYWARE 2008 warning. I keep deleting it. Sometimes it seems to seize my computer up. I have tried running the Norton several times and deleting the self installed spyware. It says it has blocked it but it still pops up. I will try again tonight to try to get rid of it with some more free spyware. This spyware is very intimidating. You think you are in serious trouble when it pops up and when you choose to go unprotected you feel as though you are exposing yourself more. Please let me know it you have gotten rid of this pesky pop up, I just got it Tuesday night.
Thanks

The antipyware2008 or 2009 version is a rouge anti virus installer. If you do pay for it, it will suck all the money from your credit card or bank account. The best piece of software that I recommend is Malwarebytes. It has been the best solution for me and gets rid of practically everything. You can download it from www.malwarebytes.org

Hey,
Have you's all tried uninstalling this program and deleting all the files the programs got.
This virus might spread around you computer so get a good virus scanner (Trend-Mirco) and it will tell you where the file
is hidden.

Dont pay for antispyware xp 2009. it is a scam. antispyware xp 2009 is a part of the fake antivirus 2009. Antivirus 2009 is an unwanted program, from the authors of Antivirus 2008 . These applications have resembling interface and "features". After stealth installation, Antivirus 2009 will show tonns of fake spyware\adware detection messages and offers to remove reported threats (after you purchase commercial version). But in real Antivirus 2009 is not a spyware cleaner, it's just an imitation of spyware remover. Antivirus 2009 can also slow your computer and cause system errors and crashes. Remove Antivirus 2009 using manual removal instructions (for advanced users) or removal tool.

to remove it, use manual removal guide

I am having the same problem. I have tried almost everything. I have scanned my computer for viruses at least five times, and yes my antivirus software is pretty good. I have deleted cookies, temporary internet files, and my local disk cookies. I have also tried to manga addons and looked for anything suspicious. I have looked in my files and my programs on my computer for anything suspicous. I have viewed the source of the popups and they are from www.w3.org 1999 xhtml. That is my only lead on the site because I looked at the html and javascripting.I have put the site on the block list on my internet options on both the security and privacy list. My problem first started when I was trying to find a good computer programming tutor. I had to temporarily allow popups so I could get to the link. Ever since then every time I get online and surf I will get popups including antivirus 2009 and it will say if I don't install it my computer will suffer damage, data loss, and freezing. Almost anywhere I click it will pull up a suspicous download. I never download it because it porbably has tons of viruses. I will also get tons of popups of advertizments. All of this also slows down my computer online. I don't understand how they are getting to me! All of these are very annoying!!!
If anyone has any information please tell me.

It is a false virus software, dont pay 4 it. It takes over your browser, and can start the scanner on your PC
is a malware...its Hijacking you Home page.
try http://www.ccleaner.com/ and use Firefox as you browser :0) it is more secure against Hijacking.

Hi,

I've ad a lot of customers with this problem. Try Malwarebytes' RogueRemover, available here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/rogueremover.php.

After you've done that, run full scans with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and CCleaner.

I ran my antivirus scan the other day and it detected three viruses. I removed them all. One was a antivirus 2008 popup. Another was a virus that displays ads. And the final one was a keylogger. That pretty much solved all of my problems, but when I got on my laptop today the popups just came right back.

I solved the problem!!

Download the free 30 day trial of Kaspersky ANTI VIRUS.

You may have to uninstall some other anti virus' on your computor but kaspersky kills the bastad good and proper.

Good luck.

Hi,

Antivirus 2008 XP is fake security tool. It tries to confuse people with its name as it is similar to Windows XP. Follow the removal steps that are here: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-antivirus-2008-xp.html

OK so the same thing happened to me. This Antivirus thing is a scam!! It's MALWARE that you have to get rid of. It's happened to me twice, the first time i caught it in time and ran a program that gets rid of malware/spyware. The second time however, i had to take my computer to reset EVERYTHING. I got malwarebytes to get rid of this the first time and it worked like a charm!! Try it!

If system restore does not help you

You can also try downloading windows defender

First Go to task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
Go to processes tab.
Select any process similar to pav or personal antivirus or personal or services.exe
and End them

After doing this you might be able to purchse malwarebyes but before that try this

go to ,

http://www.microsoft.com/...

Download Windows defender, install and run it.
