No sound in my laptop

i have no sound on my laptop packard bell easynote and i can see the volume control in the control panel but apart that i cant get any sound .

whats the problem?

Its perhaps the port of the sound card which is damaged

Hello,

I think u have to re-install ur sound card

To get the driver http://support.packardbell.com/uk/

Type ur Serial Number then click OK.
PB will drive u to ur sound card driver link.
