Problems to print on Mac

How do i capture the screen on Mac( like i always do on windows 'print screen and paste') so that i may print it or save it as an image , i have an Hp Laser Jet. Anyone can help please ?

Hello, I have the Macintosh system 9 and I do the related functions whenever I have problems on , hold down Apple+shift+3 to capture whole screen. Apple+shift+4 capture a rectangular section of the screen after key combination, click and drag to make selection. Apple+shift+4+capslock create a picture of a window after the key combination click on window to capture it. It really works.
