Adding a cell in a list using Excel Formula

Hello,
I need help using Excel. I would like to add a cell into a list if a value of the previous cell is greater than 0xFF. Here is what I need it to look like:

$00
$24C0
$D2

$00
$C0
$24
$D2

Does anyone know of a formula or macro that I could use?
