IN for what its worth - my pc was freezing it was driving me potty webpages, outlook everything sporadically and indiscriminately., it was driving me potty. I told my son, and he fixed it dead easily - it was my wire free keyboard. he said he had seen this recently in work. so we changed the keyboard and its ok now. [before he would have looked for the problem using the answers your other messengers gave but he said 'somehow the signal from the keyboard is interfering with the signal from the router' he was right, the problem is no more, it is deceased! hope it helps,jo
