Spyware treat

Hello,
My computer (XP) has a problem of spyware detecton ie WIN32/Adware virtumode and Win32/Privacy remover M64
and screen changed color to white. please advice me to how to solve the problem

Hey there

what i would advice you is to download zonealarm as antivirus and try to do the updates and then run the scan wizard it will probably remove the spyware..

I have exactly the same problem since yesterday?
I tried different antivirus software - but still the same problem
