This actually worked!!!
I emailed the Hotmail Technical Support, and they tried to help me, but at the end they denied my request, because i had forgotten my secret question and could not verify my information.
I didn't give up, I emailed them once again from my work email, which is easy to verify that I am who i claim to be, so after that they reset my password!!!
I wanted to share this with everyone, use your work emails!!!
