I can't download DIRECTX 10 from windows web?

Hello,
i tried alomst 50 times to download DIRECTX 10 but all in vain yy and also alternative links but same stories conti.. DO I HAVE ANY PROBLEM IN HARDWARE
MY PC CONFIGURATION IS WINDOWS XP HOME AND P4 I DON'T HAVE A GRAPHIC CARD 1 GB RAM 160 GB HARD DISC.
PLZZZ HELP 2 ENHANCE MY GRAPHIC BCOZ I NEED TO PLAY GAME LIKE NFS MOST WANTED,PROSTREET.FIFA 2007
