System freezin with out any running programs

My PC
Intel Core 2 Duo E8440 3.0GHz
Asus P5Kvm
2GB DDR2 Memory
Nvidia Geforce 8600GT 512MB
160B Sata HDD
[Windows] Vista home premium ( service pack 2)
zebronics Case with 2 fans already installed on it
coolermastwe Ultra 120 Extreme CPU Cooler
the basic thin is my pc suddenly freezes... i've no idea.. it does 20 in 4 days... wen i analysed it with tune up it says update driver for mouse... i use usb mouse but tune up says update ps2 mouse driver.... i updated the driver for all items... but still it freezes... can anybody help me out hw to fix tis problemo?

and software on your system ,memory,

and check the registry by using registry fixer
