Hello,
I want to block some user's IP as they are changing the same using the net

Is it anyway we can block the same as I am the administrator in my organization

Hello,

according to me you cant do that.. you cant block an ip from accessing your pc with windows itself but with an antivirus like zonealarm you can configure it. so try to download an antivirus like zonealarm and then configure for what you want..
