Problem with Realteak HD Audio Driver failure

Hello,
i have a problem of Realteak HD Audio Failure (Error Code 0xE0000227) i had installed CD of Realteak Hardware but it still not working so please give me a solution.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
