Hello,
my nokia phone is switched off and it can't turn on. then how to format the nokia 5130 c-2. please reply soooon.

Dear Sir,

Why are you unable to switch it on? You will definitely have to switch it on to

format it. You must see if the battery is faulty or out of charge. This might be

the problem. Please press Dial(Green Button), 3 and *and power it on to format without

switching it on. However if you are unable to switch it on, you won't be able to format it.
