Hello,i have a windows vista home premium,2gb ddr3 ram,2.66GHZ,core 2 quad proccesser.but i play gta 4 runs slowly,please help me!!!!!!!

Hi there,

upgrade your os to service pack 1

and direct x to latest version

this will solve the issue
