Pop up blocker in IE6

Hello,

I am working in an oil filed. We have Windows XP SP3 installed in our system. We use to see the graphics through the IE. However if i click on a link a new window should pop-up with the new graphics. But it does not appear. I even turned the pop-up blocker off. But still it does not appear. Kindly help.
