Headphone's mic is not working

Hello,
I have a big problem with my headphone's mic I threw away the old headphone and bought a new headphone but the mic of the this headphone is also not working even I pluged the both jack properly. And also I adjusted it but it's still not working, is it a problem of driver. My voice driver is Intel(r) Integrated Audio Please Please help me I can't talk to my budies on chat.
