Printer will not print

Hello, lexmarkX75 will not print at all, iam using the usb port, also i have been on lexmark web site getting new drivers at least 12 times & running a clean up soft ware & still the printer will not print

is the ink cartridge full?

does it contain ink?

have you tested it by a new cable?
