My usb not working.

Hello,
IM DESPERATE!! sins i had move my pc, my usb not working at all. There is not pover come out of it, does nt give me any tipe of access for mobile or camera. IT does not ask me for mass or anything . i thynk whould be helpfull if i dowload a usb but wich one? i use xp vista home basik , please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
